Isolation Every client sees its own and only its own. Outside your organization, a record doesn't answer “forbidden”: it answers that it doesn't exist.

Encryption Conversation content and the credentials of your connections are stored encrypted. On a dedicated instance, with YOUR key.

Per-action authorization Writing a file, sending an email or going out to the internet are approved one by one, with what is about to happen said in words. Anything irreversible always asks first.

Chained ledger Every action is signed: what was done, on what, when and with which permission. Every line carries the fingerprint of the previous one, so a later touch-up shows.

Continuity Backups that restore themselves every week and a region-failure drill every quarter. A backup that doesn't restore doesn't exist.

Continuity isn't promised: it's rehearsed

If the whole region goes down, the platform comes up in another. When the first one returns, nothing moves on its own: the way back is scheduled with you and the system verifies table by table that no row is missing.
